“Magical location, surrounded by nature, from the large delightful garden you have wide views of the surroundings. The house is stylish, cosy and spacious, equipped with every comfort. We stayed here for 12 days with a group of friends and were able to cook together in the large, well-equipped kitchen. We never met the owners or hostess, the contact was by telephone, but was very good, attentive and punctual.”

LIVING ROOM
The sitting room has recently been extended into the study, making an excellent double aspect room, with wood burning stove, digital TV, DVD, video player and landline phone.
BEDROOMS
Treveddoe has 4 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 twins and a room with bunk beds. All have good views over the countryside.
KITCHEN DINING ROOM
The kitchen/dining room runs from back to the front of the house. The kitchen has massive slate flag-stones on the floor. There is a Rayburn which is useful for cooking and also heats the water (with an immersion for backup). It is also invaluable for drying clothes on the airer above. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and radio.
BATHROOMS & UTILITIES
There is a large bathroom with bath shower, washbasin and loo upstairs and a shower room with washbasin and toilet downstairs. Downstairs a paved yard with log store leads onto the back stable-door leading to a large cloakroom with washing machine and central heating boiler.
OUTSIDE
Outside the front door there is a large enclosed terraced garden (recently extended) with garden furniture. Beyond is a large lawn enclosed on four sides by a Cornish bank, excellent for family games of football and cricket! It is magic to sit on the terrace in the evening with a drink, watching the sun go down. There is also a BBQ available.

“Our group stayed at Treveddoe and the Barley Crush for 10 days. It was incredible! The property is breathtaking, both homes were comfortable and well stocked! We all hope to visit again!”
“Just had a fab time (10 days) at Treveddoe. What a place!! exactly what we expected and saw online. A quiet farm house lost in the middle of nowhere. The house is spacious and super comfortable. The view is astonishing, so is the garden and surroundings. If you are looking for a country side retreat, this is THE place. I highly recommend it!”
“If you’re after a lovely rural idyll then consider this house. Even better than it looks in the photos. Hardly any man made noise, apart from the odd tractor. Loads of outdoor space. A really special place.”
“We found Treveddoe to be a charming, comfortable house in a beautiful setting. There are fields all around and stunning views from the front of the house which change with the weather and light. There is a tremendous sense of peace and quiet and the stars shine very brightly at night.”
“Our Treveddoe experience was amazing and much more than what we ever expected! The photos just don’t do it full justice. The house was clean, tidy, perfectly stocked and very comfortable! The surroundings were stunning and the home’s location was perfect to explore the surrounding areas! Thank you for our super holiday! X”
“A lovely warm feel – very much felt at home and the views were stunning”
“Treveddoe is a perfect get-away if you want peace. At the top of these rolling hills is this stunningly beautiful stone house that has been consistently well decorated. There are plenty of cows and sheep, beautiful walks and cosy nearby villages as well. not to recommend to anyone who wants speed and fan but the best place for those who want the peace of their holiday.”
