The descriptions and photographs have been carefully prepared to tell you about the holiday property, but if you have any specific requirements or queries, please email us on enquiries@treveddoe.co.uk.
Please note that individual features and details may vary or be subject to change as our owners’ do alter the furniture or layout of their properties. Images and descriptions are indicative of the quality and style of the property and may not represent wholly the actual finishing’s and furnishings.
Arrivals & Departures
Arrival is possible after 4pm on the day, and departures must be by 10am on day of departure. Full details will be given on payment of the balance of your booking.
Linen & Towels
All linen is included as well as bath towels. However we do not provide swimming towels.
Services
Please note that phone, electricity, wifi, washing powder, soap etc will all be included in your booking fee.
Changeovers
A caretaker is employed to check the holiday cottage before your arrival and on your departure. Please note that you are required to leave the holiday cottage clean and in good order when you go and will be responsible for any breakages. If you’d rather, you can book and pay for extra cleaning, leaving you to enjoy the very last moments of your holiday.
Extra Cleaning
It may be possible to arrange for the holiday cottage to be cleaned on your behalf at an extra cost. Please let us know in good time if you would require this service.
Pets
We welcome up to 2 dogs per property and ask that you bring their own bedding. You must ensure the pet is well behaved, that all mess is cleared up regularly and disposed of correctly, pets are to be kept off furniture and out of the bedrooms, and never left unattended. This is a house on a working farm so you will need to keep control of dogs around any livestock.
Please note: if any member of a booking party has allergies, we cannot guarantee that pets have not occupied the property at any time.n the Interest of visitors safety and as a result of government legislation the Owner is unable to accept the following types of dog: American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro and Goga Argentino even where these types of dogs are muzzled as required by law.
Availability
The availability on the web site is “live”. If one of the properties is booked it immediately becomes unavailable for the booked week. The only way a cottage will not be allocated to you (if you have proceeded through the online booking process), is if someone else is doing so as well, at the same time and gets to pay for it before you!

Balance payments
Once your deposit is paid to confirm your booking, your balance payment will be due six weeks before the holiday starts. We will also contact you nearer the time, via email to your given e-mail address, with a link on the booking confirmation e-mail.
